Ciao a tutti!
My name is Antonio, and I was born where the sun almost never leaves the horizon without leaving a trace.
Where the sound of the sea can be heard even at night, and the salty air seems to live in every breath.
Today I want to tell you about the seaside of Italy — those places where we Italians truly rest with our souls.
There’s Liguria, with its rocky shores and colorful houses cascading right down to the water.
There’s Campania, where the sea is warm and flavorful — yes, flavorful — because it smells of lemons and freshly cooked pasta with seafood.
And then there’s Sicily — a world of its own, where every beach feels like a story, and every sunset seems painted by nature itself.
But if you asked me where you can feel the real Italian summer, I’d say — in the places where you hear neighbors laughing in the morning, where old men play cards right on the promenade, and children run to the sea without even taking off their shoes.
That’s where Italy truly lives — simple, sunny, and full of life
